Growing up, Matt played basketball through college and graduated with a degree in Physical Education from Rockford University. Matt has continued coaching basketball, sports performance, and fitness ever since. Matt has also worked in the Adapted Sports world working with several Para-Olympic sports teams.
Matt enjoys pushing athletes both in fitness and as a person. He knows that everyone is not coached the same and loves figuring out how to challenge each athlete. Matt’s passion to see individuals surpass their own limitations is a driving force in his coaching style. He is committed to the success of Oak Strength's members, adults, youth, and professionals alike.
